Right to Know

Police reports can be requested by submitting a Right to Know request form to the Police Department's Right to Know Officer, Brittany Beres. If your request for a law enforcement matter is denied, or partially denied, you can appeal this denial by submitting an appeal request to either the Bucks or Montgomery County Open Records Appeals Officer (depending on the county in which the incident occurred). That information can be obtained at the respective websites or in writing:
