The Community Building is located at 125 South Hamilton Street and is available to rent weekdays and weekends, please visit the link below for available dates

Rental rates are $50.00 for Borough residents and $75.00 for non-Borough residents.
Applications, rental fees, security deposits and the key to the building must be collected in person by 3:30pm of the business day prior to any scheduled rental date at the Telford Borough Building.

The maximum occupancy is 40 people
There are 10 tables, 1 desk, and a 6ft counterspace
Charcoal grills are not permitted
Moon bounces are not permitted
PLEASE NOTE: Telford Borough does not rent out the pavilions at our parks; they are available on a first come, first serve basis and can accommodate more than one family at a time. Additionally, we do not allow residents to place "reserved" signs at the pavilions for certain dates/times.
