We sincerely apologize to any customers who have not yet received their May 1, 2026 paper bill. Unfortunately, our third-party mailing vendor encountered unforeseen issues that delayed the processing and distribution of the bills. We have been informed that they are actively working to resolve the matter and ensure all bills are mailed as promptly as possible.
We understand the frustration and inconvenience this delay may cause. In consideration of the limited time customers may have to remit payment before the original due date of June 8, 2026, the Authority has determined that it would be unfair to assess penalties or interest under these circumstances. Therefore, all penalties and interest associated with the May 1, 2026 billing cycle will be waived through July 1, 2026.

We’d like to share a few important updates regarding your water and/or sewer service.
Additional details are included with your May 1, 2026, but here’s a quick overview:
New Name, Same Service:
Telford Borough Authority has officially rebranded as Telford Regional Authority. Please update your records, as all future payments should now be made payable to Telford Regional Authority. Our office location, hours, and contact information remain the same.
System Upgrades to Serve You Better:
We are introducing two new financial systems designed to improve efficiency and enhance your experience:
- Muni-Link – our new billing system, compatible with the upgraded water meters currently being installed
- Invoice Cloud – our new online payment platform for water and sewer bills
All bills were mailed to the mailing address on file. If you would like to sign up for email bills, please follow the directions included with your May 1, 2026, bill. To register and make payments online, you will need your new account number and Customer ID (CID), which appear on the mailed paper copy of your May 1, 2026, bill. Once you have received your new account number and CID, please visit the Invoice Cloud portal here.
Important for Auto-Pay Customers:
If you are currently enrolled in automatic ACH payments, you will need to re-establish your automatic payment preferences through Invoice Cloud to continue using this feature.
If you choose not to enroll in Invoice Cloud, you will continue receiving your bill by mail at the address we have on file.
2026 Rate Updates:
- Water: $5.69 per 1,000 gallons
- Sewer: $9.41 per 1,000 gallons
